Benefits of Bachelors and Masters Scholarship in Korea 2023

  • For elite GKS scholars, there will be a 100,000 won Korean Proficiency Grant available.
  • Both your outbound and return tickets will be paid for together.
  • For GKS scholars, a stipend of 100,000 won will be provided to complete their degrees.
  • A range of 900,000 to 1,500,000 KRW will be provided as settlement.
  • You will get payment for your one-year Korean language course.
  • Your entire degree will be paid.
  • Additionally, KRW 20,000 (per month) worth of medical insurance will be offered.

Eligibility Criteria of Bachelors and Masters Scholarship in Korea 2023

  • Candidates should be good in health.
  • Aspirants should be physically and mentally fit.
  • Candidates should also submit Personnel Medical Assessment Form.
  • Applicants having a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD from a Korean university are not eligible to apply.
  • You are qualified if you have previously studied in Korea.
  • Students must have at least 80% in education.
  • Age of undergraduate students should be 25 Years and graduate students should be 40 years old.
  • Korean citizen can not apply.
  • Applicants having dual nationality are also not eligible to apply.

  • All scholarship applications must be sent to either the domestic university or the Korean Embassy in the applicant’s place of residence.
  • On behalf of qualified applicants, Korean Embassies or local universities provide documentation to NIIED.
  • The Korean Embassy is notified when NIIED has examined the final contenders for KGSP funds.
