Romanian Government Fully Funded Scholarship 2022 is open. It is a great pleasure for me to announce that the Government of Romania has reintroduced the Romanian Government Scholarship Program for foreign students from non-EU/EEA countries starting with the application year 2022. Romanian Government Scholarships to encourage thousands of young people from around the world to pursue higher education in Romania. It is available for three levels of studies in Romanian Universities, undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. programs.
Scholarship Period:
- 3-6 years for Undergraduates
- 1.2-2 years for Master’s students
- 3-4 years for Doctoral students

Age Limitations:
